Texto editorial: El eje conceptual del comic está basado en el libro “La Deuda Externa explicada a todos (Los que tienen que pagarla)” de Alfredo Eric Calcagno y Eric Calcagno. Se reeditó en el año 2010 en formato pocket, gracias al apoyo del Ministerio de Educación y del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas de la Nación.
El mismo relata la historia del endeudamiento externo argentino desde el primer préstamo solicitado en 1824 hasta 1976 poniendo énfasis en los funcionarios nacionales y provinciales que participaron del mencionado proceso.
