Crawling Up A Hill is a fascinating document of a genre that, though relatively short-lived, would have a seismic influence on the subsequent development of rock music.

His Majesty’s Pop Life (subtitled "The Purple Mix Club") is a compilation album of Prince’s studio work, initially released in 1985 as a promotional record in Japan only, following the commercial release of Around The World In A Day and its associated singles. At that time, it was Prince’s third promotional compilation album (after a 1984 sampler and Strange Tales From the Rain). His Majesty’s Pop Life was re-released worldwide in a limited quantity (14 000 copies) for the Record Store Day on 13 April 2019, becoming Prince’s eight compilation album and the fifth posthumous release. In 2020, the album received a wider retail release in Japan only, including its first release on CD.

Orange Mountain Music presents the new album MUSICAL OFFERING by pianist Feico Deutekom. This new album presents new piano arrangements of classic works by Philip Glass as well as pieces originally composed for piano by Glass himself. Performed by Feico Deutekom who has a long working relationship with Philip Glass and is one of the preeminent specialists of late-Minimalist music, this new album presents new and old music in ways its never been heard before.

A couple of years after their first collaboration New Cool Collective and Mark Reilly got back together in Amsterdam.. “Although I attended some rehearsals in Amsterdam to work on arrangements of song ideas NCC had put together, I deliberately didn’t present any song ideas apart from one. For me it would be an interesting challenge as the essence of collaborations is that creatively you arrive at a piece of work you wouldn’t have thought of if you had written everything yourself” Mark Reilly (Matt Bianco) explains.

For almost 60 years, Elder Charles Beck enjoyed widespread recognition as a singer, pianist and trumpeter, as well as a preacher, church leader and civil rights activist. From 1930 until the late 1950s Beck recorded for Decca, Bluebird, Gotham, King and Chess labels. His lively services at his church in Buffalo, New York gave Beck renown even in folk music circles.
