Jon and Wendy Savage are two siblings who have spent their adult years trying to recover from the abuse of their abusive father, Lenny Savage.

Mary Rodgers is a performer, composer, arranger, private lesson instructor and booking agent. Graduating with a BA of Music on saxophone from UW-Milwaukee she went on to continue her musical career and education with both Curt Hanrahan (Saxophone instructor) and Greg Drust (Record Archivist/Radio DJ).

If You Listen Carefully The Music Is Yours, its debut, was recorded live at the adventurous Molde International Jazz Festival in 2019, where Nilssen was Artist in Residence. The band’s uniquely configured, all-star lineup features three drummers, three double bassists and ten horn players, most of them saxophonists. It is a big band, Jim, but not as we know it.
