The first previously unreleased music by Shirley Horn in nearly a decade was recorded live at the 4 Queens Hotel in Las Vegas in May 1988 and feature Horn's longtime trio, bassist Charles Ables and drummer Steve Williams. The set was recorded by KNPR radio for a syndicated jazz show and captures the angora-voiced jazz singer and pianist at the very beginning of her resurgence on the jazz scene.

Paul Horn was an American jazz flautist and saxophonist, and an early pioneer of new-age music. "Monday, Monday" is an album by the Paul Horn Quintet with an orchestra arranged and conducted by Oliver Nelson which was originally released on the RCA Victor label in 1966.

Award-winning singer/songwriter/harmonica player has been playing soul-powered R&B for over 40 years. His compelling career story involves stints with Santana, The Robert Cray Band and Roomful of Blues, not to mention tutoring John Belushi for his role as "Joliet" Jake Blues in The Blues Brothers.
