10cc 10cc (1973) [reissue 2007]

The Best of 10cc Live is a 2007 live compilation album by the pop band 10cc. The album was given away free with the British newspaper The Mail on Sunday in June 2007 to promote the band's 2007 June/July UK tour and the recent release of the studio compilation Greatest Hits … And More. Of note is the inclusion of the song "Welcome To Paradise", which was never released as a single and has never appeared on any "best of" or "greatest hits" compilation from the band.

…Meanwhile is the tenth studio album by British pop band 10cc. It was recorded at Bearsville Studios in Woodstock, New York, The Hit Factory, New York, River Sound Studios, New York, Bill Schnee Studio, Los Angeles and Village Recorders, Los Angeles and released in 1992.

This album was a concept album, several months before Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, S.F. Sorrow and Tommy were issued. The Mindbenders release, With Woman in Mind, contained "I Want Her, She Wants Me" (written by Rod Argent of The Zombies), "Ashes to Ashes", and the lascivious "Schoolgirl". The album did not sell well and was not even released in the US.

10cc Alive - the third live album from the band, recorded live in Japan in 1993. The album tends to drag a little bit in the middle, but overall this album is quite nice. The sound quality is very good for a live album and the band play with an energy.

In 2002, BGO released "The Mindbenders / With Woman In Mind", which contained two albums by the Mindbenders on one compact disc: The Mindbenders (1966) and With Woman In Mind (1967), both originally released on Fontana, the latter minus Wayne Fontana. Digitally remastered edition of 2 albums on a single CD from the seminal 60's band that featured Eric Stewart (later of 10cc), Bob Lang and Ric Rothwell. "The Mindbenders" features their all time hit single "A Groovy Kind Of Love".

Although The Mindbenders scored the biggest post-breakup hit with "A Groovy Kind of Love", lead singer Wayne Fontana, judging from this superb 2CD set, had the more interesting recording career. Very nice stereo sound, too. Wayne Fontana's first album following his split with the Mindbenders, 1966's Wayne One, is a curious affair. While the Mindbenders' releases followed the same British Invasion/blue-eyed soul path, Fontana made a headlong rush into the pop world. The second disc compiles all of the solo singles, including the rare unreleased demo "Give Me Just A Little More Time".

Stackridge were a British rock group which had their greatest success in the early 1970s. Collection includes four classic albums: Stackridge (1971), Friendliness (1972), Extravaganza (1975) and Mr. Mick (1976).
