We´re back with our speciality genre 80s Synth Pop. This time the focus lies on melodic downtempo ballads inspired by the music of A-ha, Depeche Mode, Madonna, Erasure, Paul Hardcastle and other heros of that decade.

Many musicians call the Roland TR-808 drumcomputer affectionately the bass queen and this pseudonym is without any doubt a warrantable expression. After its release in 1980 it first became a slow seller and people preferred the more natural and powerful sounding Linn-L1 instead of the rather artificial chinking Roland machine.

This early 80s analogue synthesizer from Italian manufacturer, Crumar, featured seperate synth/organ and strings sections. We’ve faithfully reprodcued this old gem in its entirety and added a few touches of our own along the way.
