Compared to Frozen Alive!, Live in Japan is a little more drawn-out and funky, featuring extended jamming on several songs. That isn't necessarily a bad thing - Collins and his bandmates can work a groove pretty damn well. Of course, the main reason to listen to an Albert Collins album is to hear the man play. And play he does throughout Live in Japan, spitting out piercing leads with glee. On the whole, it's not quite as consistent as Frozen Alive!, but that's only by a slight margin.

Questo vinile non è solo una rarità per i fan, ma anche una risorsa didattica di immenso valore, che offre uno sguardo approfondito sul metodo di lavoro di Pino Daniele e di come cercasse sempre di costruire basi musicali solide, equilibrando basso, batteria, pianoforte e chitarra, che sono alla base del suo "sound mediterraneo".

The album includes the album includes the worldwide hit Dancing With Tears In My Eyes, along with One Small Day and the title track Lament. This new 72 track Deluxe Edition box set pulls together a newly remastered version of the album, all the single versions, b-sides, 12” remixes and rarities, along with 45 previously unreleased tracks, including a brand new 1980s style extended remix of every track on the album by Moby, Steve Wilson and Blank& Jones and Midge Ure, new 5.1 and Stereo mixes by Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree), newly mixed full concert from Hammersmith Odeon 1984, and a handful of work in progress mixes.

Matia Bazar is an Italian pop band formed in Genoa in 1975. The original members of the group were Piero Cassano (keyboards) Aldo Stellita (bass), Carlo Marrale (guitar), Giancarlo Golzi (drums) and Antonella Ruggiero (vocals). They represented Italy in the 1979 Eurovision Song Contest with a song called Raggio di luna. Their major hits were Solo tu (1978), Vacanze Romane (1982) and Ti Sento (1985), which peaked the charts in Belgium and Italy.

Formed in Italy but taking their influences from America, CHANGE began as a studio project in Bologna in 1979. Released in 1984, Change Of Heart was the group’s fifth studio album. It marked something of a new direction, as former members of The Time, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, were hired to write and produce material for the album.
