Gedo performance from the One Step Festival held in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture in August 1974. Gedō (外道), also romanized simply as Gedo or Gedou, is a Japanese rock band. They were formed in 1973. The band split a first time in 1976, and then reformed and split again several times. Their first self-titled album is highly acclaimed in their home country, having been featured on Rolling Stone's 100 greatest Japanese albums (N°24) and Julian Cope's Japrocksampler, among other lists.

The Secret is the fifth solo album by English rock musician Alan Parsons. It was released on 26 April 2019 via Frontiers. The time between this and Parsons' previous album, A Valid Path in 2004, marks the longest gap between two consecutive albums, totaling more than 15 years. All songs written and composed by Alan Parsons.

Abdullah Ibrahim's discography goes back sixty years, and although there are longer periods between his releases than there used to be, Ibrahim has retained all his grit and jubilance. The pianist and composer continues to make gloriously uplifting music steeped in its South African roots, in a style which still carries echoes of his formative overseas influences, Duke Ellington and Thelonious Monk.

A friendship story above all but not that, the four musicians present here are confirmed and inspired instrumentalists.

Jay Thomas, a native of Seattle, is a versatile multi-instrumentalist (trumpet, flugelhorn, alto, tenor, soprano and flutes). His music is eclectic, drawing on all musical situations in his life. His music could be described as lyrical without losing touch with the blues. Jay's musical talent was recognized early on.
