Making their Inventa Records debut, the Linarol Consort of Renaissance Viols presents a recording of German, Flemish and French viol consort pieces of the early-sixteenth century - La la hö hö. Recorded from a new edition of a rare manuscript held in the vast collection of the National Library of Austria, in Vienna, the manuscript is not widely known by exponents of music of this period.

Making their Inventa Records debut, the Linarol Consort of Renaissance Viols presents a recording of German, Flemish and French viol consort pieces of the early-sixteenth century - "La la hö hö". Recorded from a new edition of a rare manuscript held in the vast collection of the National Library of Austria, in Vienna, the manuscript is not widely known by exponents of music of this period. The completion of the manuscript dates to around 1535, and soon after it was finished it was in the library of the wealthiest and most influential of German merchants of the sixteenth century, Jacob Fugger, who is held to be one of the wealthiest individuals in history.

Der Krankenhaus-Report, der jährlich als Buch und als Publikation erscheint, greift 2021 das Schwerpunktthema „Versorgungsketten – Der Patient im Mittelpunkt“ auf. Dem sektoral getrennt organisierten deutschen Gesundheitssystem bescheinigen Experten immer wieder Verbesserungspotenziale, sowohl im Blick auf die Qualität als auch auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Leistungserbringung.

Der Hauptteil der CD ist dem 1508 in Pressburg geborenen Hans Newsidler gewidmet, der in Nürnberg mit der Veröffentlichung von acht Tabulaturbüchern - in deutscher Tabulatur geschrieben -, welche die gesamte Breite lautenistischer Kunst vom Anfänger bis zum Virtuosen umspannen, lange vergessenen aber unsterblichen Ruhm am Lautenhimmel erlangte. Es folgen Werke des um 1450 in Schwäbisch-Gmünd geborenen Hans Judenkünig, der, von der franko-flämischen Schule beeinflusst, zwei der ersten deutschen Lautentabulaturen verfasste. Weiters von Arnolt Schlick und Simon Gintzler, die sich alle der schwierigen deutschen, vom blinden Organisten Conrad Paumann erfundenen, Tabulatur bedienten, welche jedem Platz auf dem Griffbrett eine eigene Zahl oder Zeichen zuordnet.
