Essential: 80s Love is a better-than-average three-disc set highlighting 60 pop singles released in that decade. Along with the original versions of such hits as "Hold Me Now" (Thompson Twins), "Eternal Flame" (Bangles), "All Out of Love" (Air Supply), "Can't Fight This Feeling," (REO Speedwagon), and "Let's Hear It for the Boy" (Deniece Williams), are less-than-obvious inclusions by Deacon Blue, FM, Dee C. Lee, and Five Star.
