Ada Lee is a singer from Springfield, Ohio, who has performed jazz, blues, gospel and soul music on stage and record in the United States and Canada since the late 1950s.

Ada est la fille de Lord Ellington, diplomate de haut rang de l'empire britannique. Dans le premier épisode, qui se déroule en 1915, son père est consul général et haut-commissaire d’Égypte.
