"Cada mañana the trae" is Adrian Iaies's latest album. This work finds him leading a new group, the drum less trio, with two of the most outstanding figures of the Buenos Aires* new jazz scene: Trumpeter Mariano Loiacono and double bass player Juan Manuel Bayon.

Although underpinned by a natural dub sensibility, the music presented on The Collapse of Everything fluidly crosses genre borders and seamlessly fuses a wide range of influences from a lifetime of listening and producing. This highly anticipated album is the epitome of analog transcendence, a sonic world fueled by a 30-piece orchestra, analog synthesizers, breakbeats and Brazilian vocalists that carol psychedelic melodies in Portuguese.

“Sherwood has been a key figure on the margins of the UK dub reggae scene since the days of punk so it's somewhat surprising that Never Trust a Hippy is only his first full-length release. Which isn't to say he hasn't already built up a pretty mean legacy: as the power behind the influential On-U Sound label he's worked as producer for the likes of Primal Scream, Nine Inch Nails, and Lee "Scratch" Perry, mashing together dancehall tempos, dub skankiness, rootsy world-music, and electronic industrialism under one pioneering banner. Never Trust a Hippy is the logical culmination of one man's quest, a collection of tracks with a definite grounding in dub's spiritual reverence for echo, delay, and heavy bass. A number of contributors add their own unique spin on the sound, including excellent digital dancehall producer Lenky, Indian vocalist Hari Haran, reggae greats Sly & Robbie, and Sherwood's young daughters who sing vocals on "The Ignorant Version." Cultures are packed so densely that it comes out sounding virtually rootless, making Never Trust a Hippy dizzyingly unique.”

Thomas Larcher’s Symphony No. 1 “Alle Tage” and his violin concerto performed by Hannu Lintu and Pierre Bleuse (conductors), Adrian Eröd (baritone) and Benjamin Beilman (violin), and the Tonkunstler Orchestra is being released in February 2022 alongside with two live performances of the concerto for violin and orchestra in Musikverein Wien.

This new set of duo improvisations marks the second meeting of composer and electronic musician Adrian Corker (SN Variations) and multi-instrumentalist Jack Wyllie (Portico Quartet, Szun Waves).

Moon flips Lucifer on the Sofa’s rhythm tracks inside-out, and often rebuilds them wholesale. Sherwood supplied extensive additional instrumentation via ON-U’s extended family of session players, including bassist Doug Wimbish and drummer Keith LeBlanc (both of whom performed in Sugarhill Records’ early ’80s in-house rhythm section). He dug deep into the album’s multi-tracks, surfacing forgotten details and elements not present in the final album mixes.
