At this time of national crisis, Grayson Perry sets out to bring the nation together through art. Every week, the Turner Prize-winning artist hosts the show from his studio, where he creates new pieces, leads masterclasses and finds out how other artists, creatives and celebrities have been spending their time in isolation. He also encourages artists and viewers alike to produce visual representations of this unique time, at the end of which he plans to display the art in an exhibition chronicling the changing moods of Britain in isolation.

Artist and social commentator Grayson Perry travels across the pre-pandemic US, spending time with people from all walks of life to explore the divisions across the nation - issues that have since been thrown into sharper focus.

At the start of this year, Grayson Perry set out to make art about what he calls 'the most divisive issue of my lifetime': Brexit. He wanted to seek suggestions, dig into the data and visit the two sides' heartlands. But in the middle of his investigations, Theresa May called a snap election. So in this one-off special, Grayson tries to get at what lies beneath both momentous choices, uncovering the emotions, beliefs and desires that drive our loyalty to one political tribe or another, and to capture what he's found in a monumental new work. Grayson spends time in Boston in Lincolnshire, the most Leave-voting place in Britain, and also in Hackney in London, where 78% voted to Remain, trying to understand both sides.
