Grayson Perry ventures viewers behind the scenes at the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery, as he oversees the creation of the new Art Club exhibition. Leading artists and celebrities, are heading to Bristol to form a lasting artistic record of the experiences of the nation this year. Grayson and his wife Philippa unveil the exhibition to some of the participating artists, both members of the public and some of his famous Art Club guests - Boy George, Johnny Vegas and Mawaan Rizwan. The exhibition stands as a joyful and moving celebration of the artistic talent and resilient spirit of the people of the UK in 2021.

As Grayson and Philippa Perry prepare to throw open the doors to their studio for a new series of Grayson's Art Club, they share advice and tips about the art for the public to send in for the new run. The couple explain the themes that will be explored in the second series. And they look back on the extraordinary year we've all been through.

Forever Amber is a 1947 American romantic drama Technicolor film starring Linda Darnell and Cornel Wilde. It was based on the book of the same name by Kathleen Winsor. It also starred Richard Greene, George Sanders, Glenn Langan, Richard Haydn, and Jessica Tandy. The film was adapted by Jerome Cady, Philip Dunne and Ring Lardner, Jr., and directed by Otto Preminger. The film's score, by composer David Raksin, was nominated for the Academy Award for Original Music Score.

Grayson Perry explores the landmark events in our lives: birth, coming of age, marriage and death. He works alongside people who are going through these universal experiences, to try and reinvent these rites of passage and how they're marked and celebrated for modern secular Britain. Grayson believes in the power of ritual to help make sense of our lives, but he thinks that we're in danger of losing our way when it comes to marking those important moments today, and that traditional ceremonies don't always fit with how we actually live, so he's decided to help people devise their own.

"The German composer's output also contains many chamber works that display an emotional intensity, which deserve to be heard by the audience," says Yang Yichen, the cellist of Amber Quartet, who is also a teacher at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing.
