American Football

The upcoming third eponymous studio album by American rock band American Football is set to be released on March 22, 2019. Following the release of their debut self-titled album in September 1999, the group broke up. In April 2014, the group announced they would be reforming, releasing their second eponymous album in 2016.

Blake Neely (Everwood, The Pacific, Pan Am, The Flight Attendant) provides the original soundtrack to Season 3 of the CW sports drama original series, All American. In addition to Neely's original score, the album includes feature songs "Family Over Everything" by BRE-Z and Chelsea Tavares, and "Music Can Save Us" by Chelsea Tavares.All American is inspired by the life of professional American football player Spencer Paysinger with Daniel Ezra in the lead role. The series follows a rising high school football player from South L.A who is recruited to play for Beverly Hills High. Soon after, the wins, losses and struggles of two families from vastly different worlds—Crenshaw and Beverly Hills—begin to collide.

Debney combines his classical training and a strong knowledge of contemporary sounds to easily adapt to any assignment.American Underdog is an upcoming American biographical Christian sports drama film about National Football League (NFL) quarterback Kurt Warner. Directed by Andrew and Jon Erwin, the film follows Warner's journey as an undrafted player who ascended to winning Super Bowl XXXIV.

Víctor Lidio Jara Martínez was a Chilean teacher, theater director, poet, singer-songwriter, and political activist. He developed Chilean theater by directing a broad array of works, ranging from locally produced plays to world classics, as well as the experimental work of playwrights such as Ann Jellicoe. He also played a pivotal role among neo-folkloric musicians who established the Nueva Canción Chilena (New Chilean Song) movement. This led to an uprising of new sounds in popular music during the administration of President Salvador Allende. Jara was arrested shortly after the Chilean coup of 11 September 1973, which overthrew Allende. He was tortured during interrogations and ultimately shot dead, and his body was thrown out on the street of a shantytown in Santiago. The contrast between the themes of his songs, which focused on love, peace, and social justice, and the brutal way in which he was murdered transformed Jara into a "potent symbol of struggle for human rights and justice" for those killed during the regime of Augusto Pinochet.

Among the tracks used in the spot are the 1999 hit single “Kernkraft 400” by German electronic artist Zombie Nation, from their album “Leichenschmaus”, which is commonly used as a sports chant at sport stadiums (such as in American football, football, basketball, and hockey) all over the world, and the 2004 single “Come With Me” by German DJ and dance music artist Special D. (born Dennis Horstmann).

Touchdown is the 1978 album by American keyboardist Bob James. It is called Touchdown because it was his sixth album and getting a touchdown in American football means your team has gained six points. The album is notable for featuring "Angela (Theme from "Taxi")". This pressing doesn't show the release date but is most likely from 1987 so it's "un-remastered".

Que El Ritmo No Pare is the 2002 album by singer, actress, and model Patricia Manterola. The title track became a decent hit in 2002 and the CD also features a number of different mixes of the song, including one in English, one for football/soccer fans, and another honoring Mexico. This was released by Ariola/BMG U.S. Latin.
