One or two notable voices kept the flame alive, but new, young, vocal talent wasn't emerging. Then it started: a slow process, but new male singers began to appear. In the UK the most obvious example of the new breed is the million-selling Jamie Cullum. Anthony Strong's performance on Stepping Out suggests that there's a contender for Cullum's crown.

After nearly ten years of working with area bands and musicians and building a strong solo career, Anthony signed with 30A's First Note Entertainment in 2015. He spent a year recording with Grammy-nominated producer Dave Brainard in Nashville, Tennessee, and his first full length album, Different Faces, is due to be officially released in summer of 2017. Anthony currently resides in Bay County with Krista, his wife of five years.
