Post College in Brookville, Greenvale, New York. Performed on May 6th, 1977, it serves as an important signpost in his development and career. Transmitted shortly before the astronomical success of The Stranger, which would be released just four months after, propelling him onto the global stage and garnering critical acclaim. Joel previews two tracks from the album here, along with early classics. Included is arguably his most iconic song, and moniker, Piano Man. Focusing on Billy’s 1970's material, the set features all the albums from 1971's Cold Spring Harbor through 1981's Songs In The Attic — with the exception of 1980's Glass Houses.

Billy Joel’s legendary 1990 concert at Yankee Stadium stands as one of the greatest concert films of all time. Shot in 16mm color film, the original concert has now been meticulously re-mixed and re-edited. The newly edited version includes a never-before-released performance of “Uptown Girl” along with interviews from Billy and behind-the-scenes footage from the event’s production. The set list consists of re-edited versions of songs from the original film including “Piano Man,” “We Didn’t Start The Fire,” “New York State Of Mind,” “Shout” and more - all live from the ionic stadium in The Bronx. The 2-CD contains 22 performances from Billy Joel’s historic two-day run at The House That Ruth Built! Recorded June 22 & 23, 1990 are newly mixed from the original multi-tracks. Features 11 completely unreleased performances, including “Uptown Girl,” “Only The Good Die Young,” “Allentown” and more.

Absolutely incredible soundboard recording of this fantastic performance. If you are a big fan of the Adore era of this band in 1998, then this is a must own. Live at the Viper Room 1.15.98 is a live album by The Smashing Pumpkins documenting the January 15, 1998 solo acoustic performances by Billy Corgan and James Iha at the The Viper Room. It is the second installment of the archival series after Live at Kawasaki 2.24.92, though Live at the Viper Room shipped first. In this edition, Iha debuts his solo material for Let It Come Down, while Corgan debuts the new songs for Adore, both only on acoustic guitar.

Violinist Billy Bang uses the same instrumentation on this set as on his previous The Fire From Within, although his sextet had two new members: trumpeter Roy Campbell and drummer Zen Matsuura. A more rhythmic album, this melodic avant-garde set rewards repeated listenings and has an impressive amount of variety.

When it comes to jazz musicians improving with age, pianist Richie Beirach is a perfect example. With the release of "Live at Birdland New York" in May 2017, the pianist and composer celebrates his 70th birthday, demonstrating that he’s still at the top of his game. His congenial partner of two decades, the Stuttgart-born, New York-based violinist Gregor Huebner reaches half-a-century on the exact same day as Beirach. This double birthday tribute to two talented artists features highlights recorded in August 2012 during their annual live residence at the illustrious Birdland in New York, joined by a powerful lineup of trumpeter Randy Brecker, bassist George Mraz and drummer Billy Hart.
