The Fedorova&Takser Piano Duo, known for their original transcriptions and creative media projects, was formed in 2010 by Daria Fedorova and Ilya Takser – Canadian musicians with Russian heritage and Ukrainian and Polish ancestry.

Logan Larson and Logarhythmic Collective is a new music ensemble that brings a raw, loud, and unapologetic approach to their music. Their signature sound is a combination of classical music idioms and the visceral synths and drums of Electronic Dance Music (EDM). "The Monster You Made" has songs ranging from the core trio of voice (Logan Larson), saxophone (Benjamin Morris), and trombone (Thomas McKee) to featured guest soloists, chamber groups, and large ensembles. Guest artists include: University of Kansas Symphonic Band, Mississippi State University Percussion Ensemble, Frye Music Duo, Kyle Pearl, Philip Beatty, Joseph Pazanowski, Wesley Frye, and Daniel Echazabal. This carefully selected programme by the multi award-winning Mare Duo presents some of the best original music written for mandolin and guitar, showing both instruments as equal chamber music partners in works both challenging and beautiful. The Duos surprising range and variety of timbre can be heard from Funk Pearsons highly atmospheric Mountain Moor, and the intercultural sketches by Thomas Allen LeVines, to Guido Santórsola's lyrical Sonata No. 6. Ernst Krenek's Suite is a late masterpiece that embraces virtuosity, intimacy and quirky wit, with a dramatic mini-opera as its finale, while Monk Feldman depicts an elusive ocean landscape in The Pale Blue Northern Sky.

The pianist, composer, producer and renaissance musician Jeroen van Veen has played many concerts with both his wife Sandra and his brother Maarten, and has recorded with both of them for Brilliant Classics. The present compilation brings together a unique sequence of masterpieces for the genre in live and studio performances, made between 1992 and 2008, and given by the brothers as Piano Duo Van Veen.

In 2019, I compulsively wrote a collection of thoughts in the form of poems entitled 'RINT'OH-ME', which later became a musicopoetic performance, with considerable success at various festivals in Campania, Umbria and Apulia.

This new release from DUX presents 20th century works for violin duo by Polish composers, performed here by Polish violinists Marta Gidaszewska and Robert Laguniak. Among the composers whose works we can hear on the album, Grazyna Bacewicz occupies a prominent place. Both her Suite for Two Violins (1943) and Easy Duets on Folk Themes for Two Violins (1945), meant for didactic purposes, charm with Bacewicz's typical precision and clarity of structure and interesting melodies.

This selection of pieces for mandolin and guitar represents the rich variety of music from Israel. Styles range from the diaspora of Babylonian Jewry through European klezmer traditions, and Balkan Ladino songs, to contemporary influences from America. Paul Ben-Haim and Marc Lavry pioneered the use of music originating in the Jewish East, and Jan Freidlin continues the tradition, employing Oriental dance figures in his music. Oren Lok’s Ahava is an homage to love, while Ittai Rosenbaum’s Duet offers a vibrant and jazzy conclusion to this wide-ranging conspectus.

The International Competition of Polish Music provides an extraordinary opportunity to immerse oneself in the oeuvre of Polish composers. The task the participants face may seem breakneck—the pieces presented during the auditions are often at the margin of the concert repertoire, and sometimes they are completely unknown. Therefore, participation in the competition requires performers to prepare a completely new programme and to dis- cover works that do not exist in the common consciousness of music lovers or even professional musicians. Moreover, playing only Polish music may seem a… boring task. Is it actually so?

The complete recording from October 31, 1964 "Halloween" show at Philharmonic Hall in Manhattan by Bob Dylan, it had been widely circulated on pirate tapes for decades.
