Bridge to Mars a power-trio from Stockholm Sweden. Their debut self-titled album was released 26/2 2016. With influences like Led Zeppelin, Thin Lizzy, Yes, The Black Crowes, The Who, Soundgarden, Rush, Black Sabbath, Van Halen and yes … ABBA! they´ve managed to create their own unique sound.
In July-August 1987, after 100 shows around the world on The Bridge Tour, Billy Joel accepted the Kremlin's invitation to the U.S.S.R. for six fully-staged rock shows in Moscow and Leningrad, fulfilling a long-time desire to perform in Russia. During their stay, Billy and his family, along with musicians, staff, and a huge press entourage spent their days interacting with the Russian people, forging true bonds of friendship wherever they went.
This is a compilation of demo songs released by their recording label in 2001. Although the sound quality is obviously not as well recorded and produced as those which made it to the regular albums, they are still very good. And included here are 3 unreleased cuts: Corrugated Road, Running On Empty and Suicide. All of them worth to get. Definitely this is not for starters, but if you're a fan of Flamborough Head you'll probably like it.
Once again, Mighty Sam McClain changes the face of the blues with his album "One More Bridge To Cross". Released on his own label, Mighty Music, the CD has a fresh sound and focuses more on Sam's powerful and heart-breakingly beautiful voice. Produced soley by the Mighty one himself, this new release is the culmination of a life-long dream. This music, like the singer, speaks passionately about life, love, faith and the simpler things in-between.
