Brit Bennette

Brit Floyd is a UK based Pink Floyd tribute band formed in 2010, whose stage presentation, comprising an elaborate light show, projections and inflatables, is loosely based on Pink Floyd's 1994 The Division Bell Tour, often referred to as the "Pulse" tour. The British Pink Floyd Show was born out of a split in The Australian Pink Floyd Show (TAPFS), with the name later shortened to Brit Floyd. Brit Floyd consists of musicians who have all performed with TAPFS.

Recorded in Erie, PA, Providence, RI, and Worcester, MA on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of March, 2020.

ONE WAY GLASS is a very different kind of RPM compilation. Instead of the usual cross-section of Sixties collectables, this unique 3-CD set takes a fresh look at British music from the late 60s through to the mid-70s, with an eye on overlooked dancefloor-friendly finds. The rhythmic backbone of One Way Glass lies in Progressive Rock outfits who - every so often - would emulate their jazz heroes and record funky sides tucked away on albums or B-sides. Many of these tracks (Jonesy, Hardin & York) have been known to collectors of Funky Breaks for years.

Last summer we enjoyed the first fruits of a UK soul "supergoup" – The British Collective; a team that consisted of star vocalists Don E, Junior Giscombe, Leee John, Noel McKoy and Omar. Now as we enter a new year, another UK "supergroup" arrives to treat us to some fine music. The Brit Funk Association is made up of former members of Beggar and Co, Hi Tension, Central Line and Light of the World and though the various members have known each other for a long, long time it was in the autumn of 2016 that they decided to get together…
