The band Texas Flood was founded in 2004 by guitar player and lead singer Nenad Zlatanović. Since its early beginnigs, this band cherished a fierce blues rock sound. After several changes regarding band members, the Texas Flood band performs as a power trio since last fall, with a rhythm section that consists of drummer Vlada Golubović and bass player Ivan Čukić. The band performed on many important blues and rock festivals in Serbia and in neighbouring countries, the most important of which are Voxstock 2007, Blues Summit Podgorica 07, Danube Blues Fest Novi Sad 07, In Wires Užice 2008, Mostar Blues Fest 2008 and BluesStock 2009. The first album, „Grinnin’ In Your Face“, issued in January 2009 by Blues Time Records.

Grammy Award-winning harmonica virtuoso Sugar Blue is not your typical bluesman. He wasn't raised on a Southern farm or even on the South Side of Chicago – he was raised in Harlem, New York. He didn't grow up with blues all around him – he grew up with the sounds of Billie Holiday and James Brown and all the acts that played the Apollo Theatre. Sugar Blue has used this background to his advantage, though, creating an ultra-modern blues style and sound that is instantly recognizable as his own. And now with his second Alligator release, In Your Eyes (AL 4831), he's on the verge of setting the blues world on its head.

By turns plaintive and inspiring, "A Home In Your Thoughts" is meditation on the persistence of overcoming obstacles, while the joyous, uplifting and powerful “Second Home In Your Thoughts” represents the fruition of that persistence with its multi-thematic epic structure. "Janice," tells the story of a divorced man attempting to reconcile with his ex, detailing his frustrations, yearning and ultimately his belief in the power of love. Add this to an infectious funky groove that spirals into prog territory in the latter half of the song which includes jazzy riffs and solos and concludes with a variation on the main riff but this time in 5/4 (which is hinted at earlier in the song)…
