Wie kann ein Album zugleich ein offenes Buch und ein "Geheimnis" sein? Das "Geheimnis" der Isolation ist beides zugleich, es scheint sich seinen Hörer*innen zu entziehen und sich ihnen anzubieten. Tobias Bamborschke, Sänger, Lyriker und Kopf der Isolation Berlin, buchstabiert sein Gedärme auf Papier, beleuchtet jeden Winkel seines Kopfes, will sich ganz offenlegen und behält dennoch in jeder Offenbarung das Wesentliche für sich. Als würde er seiner eigenen Offenheit und Ehrlichkeit misstrauen, müsste sich selbst vor sich beschützen. Es hat etwas Linkisches, wie er mit Ablehnung und Anziehung spielt.
