Gypsy group composed of Raimundo and Rafael Amador, founded after the group Veneno was dissolved. Their flamenco, rock, and blues music gave rise to an unstoppable outlet which influenced many young musicians. Their aesthetic is close to that of Veneno. Musically they were a group that was widely acclaimed for their live performances, and this opened doors to flamenco sounds and rhythms abroad. The virtuosity of their guitar-playing and their relaxed attitude were well-received outside the world of flamenco. During the decade of the nineties they made fewer public appearances until Rafael Amador was left as leader of the group, and for a time he tried to keep up the band’s activity. After the group disbanded Raimundo began a prolific solo career. Rafael did not record again until he appeared solo on the album Viejo Patio (las 3000 Viviendas).

Mixing rock ‘n’ roll, free-jazz, noise and electronics ELZA Soares' 2016 opus 'The woman at the end of the world' was ripe for remixing and so we reached out to producers in London, Lisbon, New York and ELZA’s hometown of Rio de Janeiro to create an album where the new school of cutting edge Lusophone producers - and 2 legends from NY and LDN – could take ELZA’s music into new dimensions.

Ondatropica is a wide-ranging musical collaboration co-led by Mario Galeano (Frente Cumbiero, Los Pirañas) and Will "Quantic" Holland. Depending on the recording session or concert, the ensemble can number anywhere from 10 to 42 members. The pair met when Galeano traveled from his home in Bogota to meet Quantic in a record store in Santiago de Cali, where he was living at the time.

Mexican group Los Ángeles Azules were formed in the early '80s by brothers Elías, José, and Jorge Mejía Avante. Playing a Latin style known as onda grupera, the band became a chart-topping act after issuing Inolvidables in 1996, soon achieving platinum status in Argentina, where they successfully performed live in 1998. Later, singer Carlos Becíes decided to leave the group, forming his own band called Los Ángeles de Charly.
