This expansive set includes every recording made by The King of Rock 'n' Roll in Memphis, Tennessee, from his 1954 debut single, "That's All Right," through to the final 1976 sessions at his Graceland home. Each track has been newly mixed, without overdubs, by Matt Ross-Spang with the aim of getting as close as possible to what Elvis heard in the studio. Along the way, Memphis presents Presley's 1969 comeback sessions, his 1973 recordings at Stax, and a 1974 re-creation of his Vegas residency, billed as "The Homecoming Concert."

They include interviews as well as the live performances from the Dorsey Brothers “Stage Show,” Milton Berle, Steve Allen and the Ed Sullivan shows. For the first time included on this release, is a newly sourced recently discovered acetate version of Elvis' appearance on the 'Frank Sinatra Timex' show in 1960.

Since The King of Rock 'n' Roll was the complete '50s masters, it was easy to assume that its five-disc '60s sequel, From Nashville to Memphis: The Essential 60's Masters, rounded up all the masters from that decade, which is simply not the case. The producers deliberately avoided the soundtracks to Elvis' movies, which perhaps makes sense, given that they are roundly and rightly disparaged as Presley's low point, which then opened the doors to presenting just what they judged as the best non-soundtrack recordings he made during the '60s.

If I Can Dream is a compilation album by Elvis Presley. It was released on October 30, 2015 by RCA Records and Legacy Recordings. The album features archival vocal recordings of Elvis accompanied by new orchestral arrangements by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. It also features duets with Canadian singer Michael Bublé and Italian trio Il Volo. If I Can Dream was recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London, England, and it was produced by Nick Patrick and Don Reedman. The album debuted at number one in the United Kingdom, giving Elvis a record-equalling 12th UK number one. As of September 2016, the album had sold 1.6 million copies worldwide. A second album featuring the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, The Wonder of You was released on October 21, 2016.
