Limited Deluxe Edition 8-CD album boxset comprised of the albums In The Garden, Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This), Touch, Be Yourself, Revenge, Savage, We Two Are One and Peace, painstakingly digitally remastered from original master tapes with the supervision of Dave Stewart and featuring 43 bonus tracks including live, extended & acoustic versions, remixes and previously unreleased recordings, all in digipak picture sleeves presented in a beautifully designed deluxe boxset!
Preceding the elaborate 2005 reissues of Eurythmics' eight proper albums by a month, The Ultimate Collection narrowly trumps 1991's Greatest Hits since it features remastered sound and a more extensive track list. While it does not contain "Don't Ask Me Again," opting to instead select a couple merely decent highlights from 1999's Peace, two new (unplanned) recordings add value for any kind of fan. Bookending the disc, "I've Got a Life" is powerful disco-pop with Annie Lennox strongly present over a bursting multi-tiered arrangement, while the relatively low-key "Was It Just Another Affair" has more in common with late-period Everything But the Girl.
Celebrate 40 years of huge hits with NOW That’s What I Call 40 Years – 100 tracks across 5 CDs - honouring the legacy with a selection of the best from 40 years of NOW. Take the journey from the first edition back in 1983, right up to the present day – making at least one stop at every year in between.
The very first Now That’s What I Call Music compilation, issued in the UK in November 1983, has been reissued a number of times but the second volume, which followed four months after the first in March 84, is to be released on CD for the first time in April. Now That’s What I Call Music 2 has long considered to be one of the best ‘NOWs’ (it helps that it was issued in early ’84, the best year in pop) and it effortlessly combines some contributions from relative veterans (Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Slade, Queen) with brilliant ‘new’ pop from the likes of Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Eurythmics, Nik Kershaw, Thompson Twins, Nena and Cyndi Lauper.
The Pavarotti and Friends Collection celebrates the internationally renowned charity concert series that brought together the world's greatest pop performers with the greatest international classical star, Luciano Pavarotti.
