Everything Happens For a Reason (and Other Lies I've Loved)

Announced in late 2016 with the single 'All Because Of You', described as a future classic' (CJ Mackintosh) and absolutely necessary' (Soul Clap), BBE are proud to present Kiko Navarro's brand new solo album 'Everything Happens For A Reason'. A highly respected artist for many years now, Kiko Navarro is a name synonymous with the Balearic House sound, thanks to his residencies at Space & Pacha as well as his countless productions and remixes.

Having recently completed a world tour in support of the album, Kiko Navarro revisits ‘Everything Happens For A Reason’, salvaging only the finest remnants from the cutting room floor. Many of the album’s tracks were originally around ten minutes in length before being edited to fit on the CD, so Kiko has included many full-length versions here, alongside instrumentals, acid interpretations and even a rave mix, sure to delight DJs and dance- floors alike.

Supergroup Gone Is Gone have announced details of their second album, If Everything Happens For A Reason… Then Nothing Really Matters At All. The follow-up to 2017’s debut album Echolocation will be released on December 4 via Clouds Hill. To mark today’s announcement, the band have released an official video for new track Breaks. Having been written and worked over the past three years, the 2020 lockdown allowed Gone Is Gone (Mastodon​’s Troy Sanders, QOTSA​’s Troy Van Leeuwen, At The Drive-In​’s Tony Hajjar and composer Mike Zarin) to fully commit and finish their second full-length.
