You may have first heard guitarist Lil’ Dave Thompson in the late 80’s when he toured with Booba Barnes or in 1996 as part of the Fat Possum Blues Caravan in the esteemed company of R.L. Burnside, Junior Kimbrough and Paul “Wine” Jones (now sadly, just ten years on, all three are gone). Lil’ Dave has an incredible blues history for an artist just 37 years old.
