Choro et Organo by Bernardino Bottazzi (1560–1614) may be considered the most extensive and best-known collection of Italian organ works from the early 17th century. In the beautiful edition printed by Giacomo Vincenti, the musical notation used relates to a tradition that is more Renaissance than early baroque: namely, Italian tablature for organ (in this case, with an eight-line stave for the left hand and one of five lines for the right).

Federico Jusid has composed soundtracks for more than 40 feature films and over 20 television series, and has most recently scored and conducted these beautiful works for the Watership Down miniseries. Watership Down was directed by Noam Murro and stars James McAvoy, Ben Kingsley, Olivia Colman, John Boyega, Nicholas Hoult, Gemma Arterton, and Daniel Kaluuya.

Lodovico da Viadana’s (1564–1627) life as a musician initially unfolded in Mantua, where he was appointed maestro di cappella of the Cathedral on 7 January 1594.

His a baroque violin and viola d’amore player. Born in Rome in 1980, he graduated with honors in Violin at Conservatorio di Musica “Santa Cecilia” in Rome under the giudance of Yvonne Ekman.
