Southend five-piece Nothing But Thieves are back with their third album Moral Panic. Richly anthemic and wildly grandiose, alongside singer Conor’s poignant vocals, the past few years have been quite a ride for Nothing But Thieves.

Five Star were one of the most successful pop groups of the 80s, becoming the youngest act to top the album chart, and scoring three platinum selling albums in the UK alone. This 3CD collection is a definitive career spanning set including recordings from their classic RCA Records tenure from 1984 through to 1991. The ‘Gold’ collection includes 50 tracks, including a remarkable 15 top 30 UK singles including the smash hits ‘System Addict’, ‘Rain Or Shine’, ‘Can’t Wait Another Minute’, ‘Stay Out Of My Life’, ‘The Slightest Touch’ and ‘Whenever You’re Ready’. As well as all of their UK and US hits from the period, several alternative mixes and a full disc of dance remixes is included. CD1 includes the majority of their early hits including debut hit ‘All Fall Down’, alongside ‘Let Me Be The One’, ‘System Addict’, ‘Rain Or Shine’, ‘Find The Time’ and ‘Strong As Steel’. CD2 includes later hits such as ‘Another Weekend’, ‘Rock My World, ‘Someone’s In Love’ alongside alternative mixes of ‘Love Take Over’ and ‘If I Say Yes’. CD3 features the classic 12″ dance mixes of Five Star’s greatest hit singles from the likes of Shep Pettibone and John Morales including ‘System Addict’, ‘Are You Man Enough’ and ‘The Slightest Touch’.
