The Best of A Flock of Seagulls is an excellent 12-track roundup of A Flock of Seagulls' best material. Their catalog wasn't particularly deep outside of the hits "Wishing (If I Had a Photograph of You)" and "I Ran (So Far Away)," but they did do some good new nomantic synth pop, particularly on cuts like "Nightmares," "A Space Age Love Song," and "Telecommunications," all of which are here. As a matter of fact, this really does contain all of the group's best material, and while new wave fetishists will likely go for the actual albums anyway, most listeners will be more than satisfied with this.

Following up on their 2018 their "Ascension" album, the band return with a second installment of their Orchestral Hits opus. 'String Theory' includes 11 new recordings of some of their classic hits and fan favorites. The album features the Slovenian Symphonic Film Orchestra and adds an extra orchestral backing to hits such as 'Messages', 'Say You Love Me', 'Remember David' and 'The Story of a Young Heart'. The album features appearances from all 4 original members Mike Score, Ali Score, Frank Maudsley and Paul Reynolds.

Flock is a brand new collaboration between five leading musicians from London's open-minded jazz and experimental scenes: Bex Burch (Vula Viel), Sarathy Korwar, Dan “Danalogue” Leavers (Soccer96, The Comet Is Coming), Al MacSween (Maisha) and Tamar Osborn (Collocutor).
