Gregg Wallace is in Ireland at an enormous liqueurs factory that produces 540,000 bottles a day. He follows the production of cream liqueur from the arrival of maize to make Irish whiskey right through to dispatch of the finished liqueur. It is the show's longest ever production timeline, taking more than three years. Along the way, Gregg learns that it is the barrels whiskey is matured in that create around half of its flavour and discovers that a milk protein is the secret to mixing cream and whiskey together.

On the night of a big fashion show, world-famous French designer Yves Malmaison is poisoned. The same night, his murderers are trying to kill Chilly D, a member of the popular rap group, The Funky Four. As Fancy dies on the street, a midget witch (grateful to him for handing her a beer earlier in the night) tries to do something to save him. The next day, as the body of Yves Malmaison is buried, his soul wakes up to find himself in Chilly D's body. Both souls are trapped inside the rapper's body, and every time he suffers a blow, they switch personalities. A tough black rapper becomes a fruity fashion designer and then back again.

Says Kern, “I've tried it all: crime thrills, drug thrills, sex thrills. Nowadays, I get most of my thrills by offending people with my films. I don't even have to be there. I can sit far away and think, “Someone's watching my video right now and thinking, Yeeughh!”
