Garden OF Pomengranates

After releasing a first new single called "Hope" just before Christmas, Malia welcomes the new decade with the announcement of her new album "The Garden Of Eve", an album dedicated to the blues and its stories. It has been a long time since a contemporary artist has made such a beautiful homage to the blues, a style that in the year 2020 deserves to have a bit of its dust brushed off.

For centuries, The Blue Cliff Record has stood as one of the preeminent scriptures of the Zen Buddhist tradition in China, Japan, and Korea. However, until now there has been no published commentary by a contemporary Zen Master to assist readers in understanding its counterintuitive and sometimes baffling teachings.

A reissue of the complete original CD album, generously refurbished by the Swedish alternative rock label Transubstans Records, a subdivision of Record heaven. Great measures have been taken to make it an exact replica of the original album as delivered by APM in 1996, with only a few exceptions in the booklet itself and with everything in good order. Due to internal conflicts which have now been resolved, the album has been out of print for more than 10 years!

When Paul Murphy released his critically acclaimed debut solo album, Claremont 56, in 2006, many thought it would be the first of many. In a way, it was, as in the years since he’s released a string of collaborative sets alongside Benjamin J Smith (as Smith & Mudd), and as part of underground ‘supergroups’ Paqua, Bison and Hillside. But that second solo album? Well, it just had to wait.
