Ghosts in The Machine Ryan Voeltz

Daturana was founded in spring 2003 in the north of Hessen as psychedelic rock cover-band and consists of five members in ages between 20 and 38, which met in the special feeling of music. Over the years and influenced by the Doors and Pink Floyd, Daturana started to arrange their own songs and create their own music-style, which is a compound of psychedelic, rock and blues. On their debut Album "Ghosts In The Flowers" Daturana present a special organic sound. Drums, bass, guitar, Hammond, keyboard, synthesizer-effects and Vocals open the doors to other musical spheres. Most times the lyrical I finds itself on a journey, which is coloured by atmospheric changes between reality and dream. Love, pain and bereavement are interlocked and inspirited by personal experience.
