The charm of the Ghoud's Bach is uncovered by Ryuichi Sakamoto in a unique perspective. Glen Ghould, who was sparely left the world at the age of 50, 1982. His Bach playing, starting in the 1955 Goldberg variation, covers the old concept of Bach and established a standard for 20th century new Bach playing with a deep spiritual spirit in a fresh and vivid way. In 2008, it was introduced as a 4-time program on NHK educational TV "Enjoy Knowing My Care" and Ryuichi Sakamoto describe her favorite "Brams: Kataru Katsui Songs", as seen in the show. At the end of the year, Ryuichi Sakamoto has released the best "Glen Gould Ryuichi Sakamoto Selection" (SICC 1109-10) that was selected with their own recognition and given a big topic and unusual sales as a classic. This box set includes the original artwork and spined wallets, a 32-page booklet with new liner notes by Dr. Emilio Audissino (author of The Film Music Of John Williams and Film Music In Concert: The Pioneering Role Of The Boston Pops Orchestra). All packaged in a 2-piece lift-off lid box with V-shaped thumb-cuts on either side of the lid.
