Glitterer is Ned Russin, a 29-year old bassist and singer from New York who made his name in the band, Title Fight. Usually, Russin writes, sings and plays everything but for this debut album, 'Looking Through the Shades', he has enlisted the help of brothers Ben and Alex Russin.
