Veil Of Obscurity was created by Michael Raitzin and Michelle Raitzin, in collaboration with some members of the Danish/Swedish rock band Royal Hunt and engineer/producer Bill Malina (Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Santana among many others). The unique melodic power pop/rock sound of the band is a result of a mix of a variety of musical flavors where some of the most talented musicians were brought to the table during the recording of the songs. "Discover the amazing new music of Veil Of Obscurity. We are a pop-rock band that sings about what matters, offering pure entertainment with meaningful lyrics. You'll hear songs covering a range of topics, from love and lust to despair and gambling. Nothing out there sounds quite like Veil Of Obscurity! Our unique sound is a hybrid between pop and rock, blending current sounds and melodies with a solid classic rock background. All our songs are powered by the voice of rising soul-pop artist Michelle Raitzin, who is known as a member of Team Blake Shelton on NBC's hit show The Voice."
Deep Green was a media event featuring ambient, dub and transglobal/world music, originating from the renowned ‘Organic Tea Garden’ in ‘The Green Futures Field’ at ‘Glastonbury Festival’, ‘The Kingston Green Fair’, and the ‘Big Green Gathering’. This CD was digitally mixed and edited at Dat Studios by Solar Quest using only the sun as a power source. The original sessions for the five Solar Quest tracks (previously unreleased) on this CD were also recorded using solar power. Deep Green worked closely with the visionary American painter Alex Grey and the jacket from this CD features a detail from his celebrated painting ‘Praying’, which is also the cover of Greys acclaimed book ‘Sacred Mirrors’.

Remastered from the original DAT mix tapes, this 2020 re-issue of Magnus' second album Inhaling Green (1999) includes two bonus tracks: a completely new recording of 'Night of the Condor' from the first album 'Straight On Til morning', and a brand new instrumental piece 'Lord Percy's Folly', co-written with Dick Foster exclusively for this release.
Having served his musical apprenticeship in the 70’s with the Symphonic rockers The Enid, Nick Magnus became Steve Hackett’s keyboard player during the guitarist’s rise to fame as a solo artist, following his departure from Genesis. Since the mid 90’s Nick has released a string of superbly crafted solo albums, one of which is ‘Inhaling Green’. Originally issued in 1999, this was Nick’s second album and it has now been given a long overdue and thoroughly well deserved makeover…
A great lost sleeper from pianist Rahn Burton - a set that's even better than most of the DIW trio material from the time, thanks to some extremely thoughtful work by Burton on the keys! The trio here features Walter Booker on bass and Jimmy Cobb on drums - and the record has a warmly glowing sound, but one that's never too sleepy - a style that's a bit like some of the best soulfully expressive work by Ronnie Matthews or Michel Saradaby from the time, and done with a similar balance of modal energy and lyricism.
