Disc Two finishes with an unreleased live show from the United States in March 1971. Disc Three features a second complete unreleased show from 1971, featuring all but two tracks from the “Medusa” LP.

French band formed in 1968 by former Pingouins lead singer Jacques Mercier. In the early 1970s they released two eponymous albums covering a wide variety of psych, prog, blues-rock and experimental styles, and also had some success with few pop singles…

Mind Garage was an American psychedelic rock and roll band from Morgantown, West Virginia, and a progenitor of Christian rock music. Their "Electric Liturgy" performed in 1968 was the first documented Christian rock worship service, and their 1969 eponymous debut RCA album was one of the earliest Christian rock albums released…

The Doors fifth studio album, Morrison Hotel, will be reissued in October for its 50th anniversary. The album was recorded in late 1969/early 1970 and released in February 1970. It’s newly remastered for this release by Bruce Botnick. The goodies are all on the bonus CD with more than an hour of unreleased recordings taken from the sessions for Morrison Hotel. Botnick says: “There are many takes, different arrangements, false starts, and insightful studio conversations between the band – who were in the studio – and producer Paul Rothchild – who was in the control room. It’s like being a fly on the wall.” The outtakes include rough versions of Morrison Hotel tracks ‘Peace Frog’ and ‘Blue Sunday’ as well as The Doors rarity ‘I Will Never Be Untrue.’ The bonus CD also features the band jamming on cover versions of the Motown classic ‘Money (That’s What I Want)’ and B.B. King’s’ ‘Rock Me’.

Neil Young's classic album After the Gold Rush was released 50 years ago this past September, and to mark the milestone anniversary, the folk-rock legend will issue an expanded version of the record on December 11 on CD and digitally, with a deluxe vinyl box set following next year.

Bob Dylan Just Released the Ultra-Rare 1970 ‘George Harrison Sessions’ Without Warning. The Bob Dylan – 50th Anniversary Collection 1970 was released as a super-limited set to avoid the recordings entering the public domain in Europe.

Cat Stevens‘ Mona Bone Jakon and Tea for the Tillerman albums will both be reissued as extensive super deluxe edition box sets in December.
