This is the compilation of , including the annual, all one-shots and specials, current and complete. Thor Volume 3 started with released July 5, 2007 with cover date September 2007 and the latest release is released December 23, 2009. It is marked first of all by the run of writer J. Michael Straczynski who, together with artists Olivier Coipel and Marko Durdjevic, essentially took a moribund Marvel title, rebooted it and gave it a power boost, to make it one of, if not the strongest and best, of all current Marvel titles. As a whole Volume 3 has received consistently rave reviews from critics and fans alike, including record sales. A case in point is that IGN's highbrow but uneven reviewers started to regularly cover the title and not only that, began to consistently bestow Thor with its Editor's Choice Awards, giving it ratings ranging from "Great" to "Incredible"; so much so that Thor has been nominated for the coveted Eisner Award. Another thing worhty of note is that Volume 3 is where Thor's 600th issue milestone occurred. After the first 12 issues, for the 600th issue the numbering reverted back to that of the original from Volume 1; hence, issues 600, 601 and so on. The long-awaited one-on-one confrontation between the God of Thunder and a vastly more powerful Dr. Doom starts in issue #605.

(T'Challa) is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics universe. Created by writer-editor Stan Lee and penciller-co-plotter Jack Kirby, he first appeared in (July 1966). He is the first black superhero in mainstream American comics, debuting several years before such early African-American superheroes as the Falcon, Storm, Luke Cage, Blade, Tyroc, Black Lightning and John Stewart. At the series' start reactions were mixed, due mainly to series writer Christopher Priest's deliberately tangled narrative approach. Towards the series' end there was a dip in quality as the focus shifted. As a whole, however, and with the benefit of the passage of time, Black Panther Volume 3 came to be praised for its "wit, sharp characterization, narrative sophistication and explosive splash panels (courtesy of artist Mark Texeira)", transforming an under-used super-powered character into a complex cross-cultural superhero icon. is a fictional Marvel Comics superhero team, one of several spin-offs of the popular X-Men franchise. Conceived by writer/illustrator Rob Liefeld, the team was formed in The (April 1991) and soon afterwards was featured in its own series. The group was a new incarnation of the 1980s team, the New Mutants. Led by the mutant Cable, X-Force was more militant and aggressive than the X-Men. The title was revamped in in 2001 with a new cast in the form of a group of self-interested young mutants who were gathered together by a corporation to become media stars and used the name X-Force. X-Force (vol. 1) was cancelled with issue #129 and relaunched as , which featured the later incarnation of the team. After X-Statix was cancelled with #26, Marvel reunited the original X-Force team for a six-issue 2004 miniseries. In 2007-2008, during the Messiah CompleX crossover, a new version of X-Force was formed that had Wolverine leading a more militaristic black ops branch of the X-Men, forming the basis for a new X-Force (Vol. 3) series starting February 2008 by writers Craig Kyle and Christopher Yost, plus Clayton Crain as the artist.
