Stephane Bern portrays the last royal French couple, Louis-Philippe and Marie-Amélie. A close-knit couple, with a lifestyle that was voluntarily different from their predecessors. They reigned for 18 years, from 1830 to 1848, in a France in full transformation, and lead a hectic life.
