Every Loser is the nineteenth studio album by American rock singer Iggy Pop, released on January 6, 2023, on Gold Tooth and Atlantic. Produced by Andrew Watt, the album features a core backing band of Duff McKagan (bass), Chad Smith (drums) and Josh Klinghoffer (guitars, keyboards). The album features guest contributions from Jane's Addiction members Dave Navarro, Eric Avery and Chris Chaney, alongside appearances from Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard and drummers Taylor Hawkins and Travis Barker. The album is an exemplary album of primal rock 'n' roll - a master class in the art of lashing out with unequalled intensity and unflappable wit. The result is 11 songs by the man who refused to go gently into that good night on his previous album, 2019's sombre and contemplative free, and is once again charging fearlessly at life itself on 'EVERY LOSER'.

A Million In Prizes will be a double album chronicling Iggy's career from the first Stooges album in 1969 to the present day. It is the first time that Iggy's career has been compiled so comprehensively and the track listing is phenomenal; CD1 takes in the three Stooges albums; The Stooges, Fun House and Raw Power plus Kill City the album Iggy made with James Williamson in 1975, plus the classic early solo albums, Lust for Life and The Idiot. Blah-Blah-Blah appeared after a four-year hiatus for Pop, with David Bowie serving as his prime collaborator. It would be their final collaboration. A successful tour followed the album's release.

Initially playing a raw, primitive style of rock and roll, the Stooges sold few records in their original incarnation and gained a reputation for their confrontational performances, which often involved acts of self-mutilation by Pop. He had a long collaborative and personal friendship with David Bowie over the course of his career, beginning with the Stooges' album Raw Power in 1973. With both musicians having relocated to West Berlin to wean themselves off their respective drug addictions, Pop began his solo career by collaborating with Bowie on the 1977 albums The Idiot and Lust for Life with Pop usually contributing the lyrics. Throughout his career, Pop is well known for his outrageous and unpredictable stage antics, poetic lyrics and distinctive voice. He was one of the first performers to do a stage-dive and popularized the activity. Pop, who traditionally (but not exclusively) performs bare-chested, also performed such stage theatrics as rolling around in broken glass and exposing himself to the crowd.
