Intersektionalität Revisited

Die Verbreitung von Konzepten der Heterogenität, Diversity und Intersektionalität innerhalb wissenschaftlicher wie praxisnaher pädagogischer Diskurse verweisen auf die zunehmende Bedeutung der Beobachtung sozialer Differenz im und durch das Erziehungssystem und seiner Organisationen.

Im Mittelpunkt des Bandes steht die ethnografisch orientierte Forschungspraxis. Sie wird im Spiegel der in den Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaften aktuell kontrovers verhandelten Konzepte Diversität und Intersektionalität reflektiert. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wird der Frage gewidmet, wie Forschende mit dem methodischen Problem der Produktion, Reproduktion und Reflexion von Kategorien umgehen. Welche Kategorien werden schon an das ‚Feld‘ herangetragen, später revidiert oder verfestigt und welche Kategorien begleiten schließlich den Interpretationsprozess und welche konstituieren die Ergebnisdarstellung? Wie und warum entstehen sie? Und nicht zuletzt: Wie werden durch (Forschungs-)Kategorien spezifische Erlebniswelten menschlicher Vielfalt mit hervorgebracht oder transformiert?
