Kiss Mtv Unplugged (1995) [dvdrip or Dvd5] Restored

Recorded with MTV in New York, Florence + the Machine follow in the footsteps of countless musical legends, from Bob Dylan to Nirvana, in releasing their own MTV Unplugged album. The album features acoustic renditions of nine original Florence tracks, along with a couple of covers thrown in for good measure: Otis Redding's "Try a Little Tenderness" and a duet of the Johnny Cash/June Carter classic "Jackson" with Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age).

R.E.M.’s first appearance on MTV Unplugged took place on April 10, 1991, the year the band came to worldwide attention, at Chelsea Studios in New York City. Because of the fact, that there never was an official album release of this splendid concert and only poor-quality-bootlegs floating around, I dug for my own analog audio recording master tape and built a new and by far better release from it. Attention: This is not the second appearance of R.E.M. on MTV Unplugged from 2001 (which is widely available), but the very rare first one.

The early and mid 90s was the prime time of MTV-organised unplugged shows where artists could show their musical abilities in front of a more intimate environment. Duran Duran was also one of the numerous bands who performed their hit songs in a somewhat different versions than they used to play at other bigger concerts. This rare bootleg CD has two parts. The first 8 songs were taken from their legendary 1993 unplugged show in New York. The other extra tracks are also rare acoustic versions and remixes. The highlight and the most memorable song is undoubtedly the stunning live performance of "Come Undone". I can recommend it to everyone who fancies brilliant live music.

On the 19th of August, Placebo performed a unique one-off show for MTV Unplugged at the London Studios in the UK. Here we present the results of this incredible show.The band were encased in spectacular LED box during the performance, from where they belted out some of their most well-loved tracks such as 'The Bitter End' and 'Every You Every Me.' Some new gems were dropped in for good measure, alongside surprise guests Joan As Police Woman and Majke Voss Romme (Broken Twin). No Placebo show would be complete without some signature cover versions and this set did not disappoint, from the breath-taking opener to the show- Sinead O'Connors 'Jackie' to a melancholy version of Pixies 'Where Is My Mind'

Estrelicia: MTV Unplugged is the 1997 album by Argentian musician Luis Alberto Spinetta, who shortened his name to Spinetta for this release. He is backed by Los Socios Del Desierto. This was released by Sony Music.
