Kumbia Boruka Santa Suerte

Depuis la sortie de leur premier album «La Vida se Vive» en mars 2017 et une tournée de plus de 200 dates, la Kumbia Boruka a rempli son pari en faisant vibrer le Vieux Continent au rythme emblématique d’Amérique latine, la Cumbia.On rappelle par ailleurs que le projet artistique, fruit d’une rencontre singulière entre l’accordéoniste mexicain Hernan Cortes, et le chanteur reggae lyonnais Bob Sikou, a pris rapidement une tournure savoureuse avec la venue de musiciens passionnés et originaires des quatre coins du continent latino-américain.

Following several world tours (percussions) alongside the giants of the cumbia like the Mexican Celso Pina, Hernan Cortes founds Kumbia Boruka. Like Celso Pina he is native of Monterrey, the cradle of modern cumbia. Today Hernan takes center stage with accordion and singing with his band, accompanied by singer Bob Sikou. The repertoire of Kumbia Boruka is a scholarly alloy of compositions and classics of the sixties Colombian cumbia. Enamorame is a song recorded and produced by Dominican singer Papi Sanchez. Ecuadorian Artist of Urban Music that takes his music to another level, working his productions and competing with his songs internationally.
