NRJ Music Awards 2022 is the official compilation of the television musical event which will take place on November 18 live on TF1. All hits and excluded news selected by NRJ are gathered on this 4CD Digipack edition.

Philippe Sarde is one of the greatest composers of film music ever. Even if his work has been mainly concentrated on French and European films, his reputation has spread around the world. With more than 350 soundtracks in 50 years, no one could escape his compositions. He has collaborated with the greatest French and European directors: Claude Sautet, Roger Vadim, Costa-Gavras, Marco Ferreri, Roman Polanski, Jean-Jacques Annaud, the list is endless. And to dress his music, he systematically surrounded himself with the greatest. In the course of the titles, we meet the London Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestra of Paris, violinists Stéphane Grappelli or Ivry Gitlis, clarinetist and arranger Hubert Rostaing, saxophone virtuosos Stan Getz or Wayne Shorter and other jazz legends such as Chet Baker, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, Billy Cobham, Kenny Clarke… The music selection has been supervised by PHILIPPE SARDE himself. The boxset includes a 36-page booklet with an original portrait (in French and English) written by the world specialist of Film Soundtracks STÉPHANE LEROUGE, and rare or unpublished photos, and a dedication by the star of the Big Screen ALAIN DELON. “Philippe Sarde, even before composition, is first of all Imagination.” Declared Georges Lautner. A point of view confirmed by this imposing anthology, indispensable, which draws the contours of a contemporary but already classic work.

La-La Land Records, Paramount Pictures and Geffen Records proudly present a remastered and expanded Limited Edition 2-CD release of acclaimed composer Nino Rota’s (8 1/2, LA DOLCE VITA, WAR AND PEACE) original motion picture score to the 1972 Academy Award-winning masterpiece THE GODFATHER starring Marlon Brando, Al Pacino and Diane Keaton, and directed by Francis Ford Coppola.

Windows 11. The main part of this announcement was to be a presentation of a significant user interface change, codenamed Sun Valley. As we know, a significant portion of the UX changes will be borrowed from the Windows 10X shell, and Windows 10X is not coming to market. Now, as expected, the Windows 11 information leak begins.
