Actress/vocalist Ilene Woods (born Jacqueline Ruth Woods in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on May 5, 1929) is best remembered as being the voice of Cinderella in the Walt Disney 1950 animated classic film in which she sang Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes and So This Is Love. Accompanied by the Harold Mooney orchestra and The Woodsmen, she also had a national hit single in January 1950 with a different recording of Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, taking it to # 22 on Bluebird 0019 b/w So This Is Love. In doing so she came in third behind renditions by Jo Stafford & Gordon MacRae (# 13 for Capitol) and Perry Como (# 14 for RCA Victor), but finished ahead of Dinah Shore's version for Columbia (# 25). However, while the soundtrack version by Ilene is readily available on several CDs (the best being the 2005 Walt Disney Records release of the Original Soundtrack), finding that Bluebird original hit on CD is so far impossible…
Last in Time is a project that was formed in 2021 as a studio band, with the goal of recording original songs in the Progressive and Classic Rock/AOR genre. Leading the project is Massimo Marchetti, the songwriter, producer, and arranger of the group's songs. The project has a diverse lineup, as it was managed as an All-star band, in order to ensure that each song had the right artistic touch. In fact, the ability to have multiple voices, including a female voice, greatly expanded the compositional proposal of the songs, allowing for a range of genres and nuances. However, the group's sound, while diverse, remains anchored to a common thread, which is a passion for Classic Rock in its various forms.

Hannah Williams is back with a new album and a new band but the trademark powerful, throaty vocals are there on ‘Late Nights & Heartbreak’ as are the tough funk grooves, this time produced by Heliocentrics wizard Malcom Catto. The sanctified feel of ‘Tame In The Water’ has Aretha/Marlena tones while the punchy, infectious ‘Fighting Your Shadow’ is a strong dancer. ‘Woman Got Soul’ has an afro feel in the horns, ‘Still In My Head’ is a big, drama filled epic – another big dancefloor number – while ‘Fool’ is a lush slice of soul with a blues edge. ‘Another Sunrise’ again touches on Southern Soul, the down tempo foot tapper ‘Your Luck Can Change’ is an impassioned, dark-edged epic while the instrumental ‘7am To Seville’ allows the band to forefront their playing with Catto indulging in some great, far-out production work. Great album.
