Au fur et à mesure de l'expérience, Donatien Lemaître finit par y prendre goût et gagner son pari. Pourtant, aujourd'hui, seule une poignée de villes s'est engagée dans la démarche zéro déchet… Lorient, Roubaix et Capannori en Italie sont des exemples simples et pratiques.
