Golden Tears is the 1977 album by Sumeria, another project from Alec R. Costandinos, who collaborated with Raymond Donnez for this. As it was a Costandinos project, it is known for being released on Casablanca Records in the U.S. but this is from the Polydor pressing in Europe. It is the only album as Sumeria they did.

From 1975 until 1978, Embryo played at the Vlotho ”Umsonst und draussen” festival every year. Their concert from July 1977 on the sports ground, figuring as festival site, in front of about 26,000 people was recorded professionally by Ulrich Wilkening, operating the soundboard. The recording has been preserved till this day. In fact unreleased, except for the track, ”Getalongwithasong”, which appeared on the double LP ”Umsonst und draußen - Vlotho 77” back then, and later as well on the 4CD box “Aufbrüche”. Here is now the whole Embryo gig of that festival, in the well-known Embryo style: jazz-rock influenced by world music. The sound is excellent, as is to be expected from an expert.

Black Level - Disco Action (vinyl rip) (1977) {Atlantic}

Genre: disco, soul

Disco Action is a 1977 album by Black Level. Released on Atlantic Records only in Japan and Australia, none of the musicians credited on the album did anything else, so this is most likely a group of random musicians doing a disco album incognito to make the record label some disco money. It fits the mood of the time and a few of the songs are good enough for sampling usage, but it could have been any disco album made with any famous name slapped onto it. This one just happens to be by an unknown group of musicians who called themselves Black Level.

Captain Fingers - Lee Ritenour's second studio album, and what a fantastic album it is! After his first album "First Course", critics complained, saying that his music was too lightweight. This album was his response. Here you will find some of the greatest jazz musicians of the fusion era working in an incredibly tight studio setting led by Captain Fingers himself, Lee Ritenour! From the opening riff of the title track, you know that you're going to be in for a full-on, in-your-face jazz/rock/funk fusion experience.

The first two volumes of the Silence project are credited to Pete Namlook and Dr. Atmo while the following three are by Pete Namlook alone.
Silence (1992) is the one that started it all, Fax's first album release and one which caught the ear of both seasoned electronic boffins and dance fans looking for a chilled-out tonic after a night among the thumping beats of clubland.
Both this album and Silence II (1993) are collaborations with close associate Dr. Atmo and despite being at times almost new age in their choice of themes (a voice whispers sweet cosmic nothings like "we are all part of the universe") the music is outstanding. These beguiling, shimmering, reverberant landscapes are sometimes beatless and sometimes gently beaty with subdued live pads and cymbals…
