Grammy-winning and best-selling female recording artist of all time Mariah Carey will celebrate the 30th anniversary of her third studio album, "Music Box," this fall. The celebration will include the release of new unreleased tracks, mixes, live audio, and remastered audio with "My Prayer," "Hero (2009 Version)," "Anytime You Need A Friend (Extended Mix)," and "Music Box (Acapella)." A remastered version of "Mariah Carey Live at Proctor's Theatre" will also be released. Carey will release a mini documentary behind-the-scenes of "Dreamlover," which will also be released in 4k. Mariah Carey's "Music Box: Then & Now" celebration will begin on September 8. "I’ll never forget creating this record, fully immersing myself in the music that would change my life and connect me with YOU, the lambily, in a way that bonded us forever," Carey said in a social media post.

Music Box is the third studio album by American singer Mariah Carey. During the course of the album's development, Carey wanted to broaden her audience, choosing a more pop/R&B oriented sound. Four singles were released from the album. The first three, "Dreamlover", "Hero" and "Without You", became worldwide chart-topping singles. Carey was nominated for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for "Dreamlover" at the 1994 Grammy Awards and received the same nomination for "Hero" at the 1995 Grammy Awards.Despite some unfavorable reviews, the album became a commercial success, topping the Billboard 200 and becoming Carey's first number-one album in Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Music Box remains Carey's highest seller with 32 million copies sold worldwide and is one of the best-selling albums of all time.

This incredible box sets collects 35 early Jazz albums released on the legendary French Jazz labels: Disques Vogue founded in 1947 and its subsidiary Swing, which was originally established in Paris in 1937 by Charles Delaunay and passed to Vogue in 1948. The music was recorded during the first post WWII decade (1947-1957) and features both American Jazz artists, who visited France or lived in France at the time as well as European Jazz artists. Paris was at the time the European Jazz center, which corresponded splendidly with its status as the European intellectual center, which produced dramatic and groundbreaking developments in European Philosophy, Plastic Arts, Cinema, Literature and of course music. Most of these albums were originally released on 10-inch LPs, which had a time limit under half an hour, and therefore they are arranged here to span over 20 CDs, each well over an hour long. The music was beautifully remastered and sounds remarkably fresh and vibrant.
