Mike & The Melvins is a project featuring the 1999 Melvins lineup of King Buzzo (bass/guitar/vocals), Dale Crover (drums/vocals), and Kevin Rutmanis (bass/vocals) with Mike Kunka (bass/vocals) from the band godheadSilo. The album, Three Men and a Baby was mostly recorded in 1999, with some final touches added in 2015. It was released on April 1, 2016. On this album 3 of the 4 members play bass, with very little guitar: Mike Kunka on bass that sounds like a guitar, King Buzzo on low-end bass, & Kevin Rutmanis doing all the slide bass.
