Miguel Bosé has been a force in Latin music in a career that has spanned dozens of albums and film roles, his own television show, and work as a theater director. His resonant, signature baritone has helmed records in a remarkable variety of styles, from teen pop, disco, new wave, and post-punk to mainstream, art rock, and dance pop. His recordings have graced no less than 45 Top 50 singles including ten number ones in six countries; his hit single "Linda" (featuring Malu) topped the charts in three countries simultaneously, followed by his own number one solo version a month later.

Papito is a compilation album by Miguel Bosé, released in 2007. This 2-CD set is a celebration of the Spanish artist's prolific career, offering a retrospective collection of his greatest hits, reimagined and remixed with contributions from contemporary artists. It serves both as a tribute to his legacy and as a showcase of his versatility, featuring collaborations across a wide range of genres, from pop to rock to electronic music. The album also includes a few new tracks, adding a modern twist to his already established sound.

This recording has selected almost all of the piano-voice songs by Ángel Barja, based on ancient Galician folklore, where the melody tames a very accomplished popular style, slenderised in a subtle and coloristic piano accompaniment that scrupulously observes the conventions of popular roots voice writing. Barja preserves the syllabic nature of the melodies and insists on maintaining the accentuations against the verse. He alternates in them the strophic song, with turns and repetitions, with the simplicity of the popular tune, in many cases with medieval roots, as happens in the Cantiga “Those who know how to love” («Cuantas savedes amar») with a 13th century melody.

The three-part series is documenting the work of the Crown Prosecution Service, following a number of cases over an 18-month period and focusing on three different parts of the process: The Charge, The Proof and finally the Trial.

After being the king of court instruments in the seventeenth century, a symbol of refined entertainment, the lute was gradually abandoned in the following century. A small group of virtuosos and composers nevertheless refused to accept this predicted decline: these musicians moved the epicentre of it's influence to the courts of Vienna, Bayreuth and Dresden, adapting the codes and forms of the galant style to the lute, which for the first time integrated the orchestra in it's own right. Miguel Rincón and Il Pomo d'Oro bring together concertos by Kohaut, Fasch and Kleinknecht (world premiere), and a trio by Hagen, also recorded here for the first time.

Dois anos mais tarde regressa com “Crónicas da Cidade Grande” e afirma-se com um dos nomes maiores da música portuguesa e um dos seus compositores mais respeitados; além dos temas escritos para os seus discos e para os discos d’ Os Azeitonas, compôs ainda para Ana Moura, António Zambujo e Carminho.

The San Miguel Philharmonic Orchestra were a group from the Phillipines funded by the San Miguel Foundation for the Performing Arts, and released a number of compact discs, including this one in 2004 called Great Filipino Love Songs. They are instrumental cover versions of popular Filipino songs originally sung in Tagalog. Sadly, the group were forced to stop in 2007 when they were told the money would be better spent on sports.
